Key Terms

For Nominet domains, We charges £50 for 2 years inclusive of registration and ongoing management.
We will email you one month before your domain expiry date with an invitation to renew. If we do not hear from you, we will email you a second time one week before expiry.
Once positive notification is received we will renew the domain. We charge £50 for 2 years inclusive of renewal and ongoing management including change requests and reminders to renew.
We not transfer expired domains.
We do not make additional charges if the Customer is transferring domains to a new Registrar or is not renewing their domain registration.

Complaints

Complaints from customers will be acknowledged and replied to within 3 working days. If the complaint is not resolved within 10 days, an email can be sent to our services manager at complaints@webculture.co.uk.

Abuse

If you believe your rights are being infringed by or otherwise have a complaint about content on our network, please send a written notice to abuse@webculture.co.uk.
